Check out this amazing, cozy, comfortable and fun condo perfectly located in South Palm Springs. As soon as you walk in the door you'll notice how warm and inviting this place is. You'll love the beautiful vaulted ceilings, charming fireplace and amazing back patio overlooking the pool. This home has a great layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath upstairs & 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs. On Tahquitz Creek Golf Course and offers tennis courts and pickle ball courts, sparkling pools/spas & water features.
Just want to give a heads up the airport is a few miles away so outside air traffic can be noisy.
This condo truly gives you the Palm Springs environment your looking for with pools, pool table, ping pong, palm trees, 2 golf courses, and so much more. You have 3 different pools in the community with 2 Jacuzzis. The pool directly off the back patio feels like your own private pool and stays heated during the winter. Los Pueblos community is surrounded by 2 gorgeous full size golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer. These courses are named the Resort course and the Legends course on Tahquitz Creek golf club. I do recommend the resort course as it is newer and has an amazing fairway island with other unique water features. The greens have more creativity that will challenge any golfer.
I want to mention the art chosen is something that took a lot of time and effort, just please enjoy it and be respectful as possible. Some are very rare and all are very expensive so please be kind with them. I have the vintage Slim Aaron's Pool side glamor at the famous Kaufman mansion and a few iconic Marilyn Monroe pieces that will really catch your attention. Hugh Hefner even signed one of the Marilyn Monroe pieces and have the documentation for it. Have fun and enjoy this Desert Oasis!
