Welcome to Palazo in the Desert where there is lots of room for you, family, friends, and festival goers! This 4-bedroom home is spacious and laid out for mingling or relaxing. There is also a casita (for that last minute guest), two outdoor kitchens with grills, a covered dining area and a pool with tanning shelf and colored lights that can change to fit your mood. The four bedrooms consist of one main bedroom ensuite with a king size bed, two with a queen size bed each, and one with two full size beds, plus a twin bed in the casita. Inside, the home has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a large island. Ceiling fans for additional comfort, tile and travertine thruout, and carpeted floors in the bedrooms. The garage will house three cars or two + golf cart. Close to Polo grounds and The Plantation golf club, Carmella offers a community picnic area and playground.
