Available as a mid-term or long-term rental, Aloha Hale (Aloha Home) in the Desert is located in the Palm Desert Country Club where the Course features lovely tree-lined fairways, subtle greens, mountain views, and lots of nature. It is an 18-hole, par 72 regulation course with double-wide fairways. When you stay at the Aloha Hale you are within 3 minute walking distance to the large central Community Area, which includes a playground, two swimming pools, spa, basketball court, dog park, volleyball court, club house, Rose Garden, and within 5 minute walking distance to Starbucks, Albertsons, and CVS. The Cactus Club restaurant (pub-style) with live music and a fire-lit veranda that opens in October is less than 1 mile away.

The three-bedroom, two-bath home is accented with travertine tile floors with carpeted living room, den, and bedrooms. Highlights include an upgraded kitchen, bathrooms (marble accents) and a comfortable den (with an approximate 65-inch TV) for relaxing in addition to the living room where there is a reclining couch to watch the approximate 65-inch Smart TV. The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing a nice meal and is well-appointed with both a Keurig pod and Hamilton Beach drip coffee makers, and an air fryer. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, is an ensuite with a single vanity/marble countertop and large marble-tiled shower, and includes an approximate 65-inch Smart TV as well. The other three bedrooms contain two queen beds and twin beds. Two small desks are provided in the den and bedroom (with twin beds) for work or pleasure. The guest bath is designed with a tub/shower combination and boasts a double vanity. As a bonus, exercise equipment is available for use on the side patio for keeping fit after a brisk walk throughout the neighborhood or to work off a fabulous dinner from the night before. Whether you golf or not there is lots to enjoy at the Palm Desert CC and you will also appreciate the close proximity to the 10 Freeway providing quick access from Palm Springs to Coachella.
